Do we need to replace our ERP?
No. Makeflow works on top of the ERP you already run — Tally, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics or an in-house system. The agents enter data the same way your team does today.
How long does it take to set up?
Most setups take around one to two months. Timing varies based on the workflow, the systems that need to be connected, and the actions the agent will take.
Our parties send orders in multiple format. Will it work?
Yes. Agents read PDFs, Excel sheets, photos and scans, and plain WhatsApp messages. Anything they aren't sure about is flagged for your team instead of guessed.
Can the agents change data in our ERP?
Yes, but only through workflows you approve. By default every entry is a draft until the right person approves it, and every action is logged.
How is our data protected?
Agents run on private servers and your data stays within your environment. It's never used to train AI models.
